Review by Umberto21: mmh. that doesn't sound very good. I have been testing many video converter (I am doing an assignment) and lately I tried ConvertHQ Premium and I found their support excellent (oh and the product works:).. .there are plenty of other solutions out there. Review by Corbin, A: BAD NEWS! I purchased this product Feb 2006 and from the start did not receive a working registration number. They do not answer their support emails I've written 8 times in one year, received one reply back and I've reported them to BBBOnline and will soon report them to FTC, Consumer Affairs & others to prevent buyers from being ripped off! Bad company... my advise? Look elsewhere (1/5 - 23-Jun-2007)
