That makes it difficult to read the graph.

Review by Jessica: I downloaded this two days ago and have had more problems than answers. The sms logs are incomplete as are the call logs. The url logs are non existant and I know there should be some because I used the net myself. Then this evening I compared the reports to the phone and I found out that at least 2/3rds of the text messages were missing half the content. Considering this is to keep my child safe, I feel that this software is more dangerous to have than not. Only being able to gather information on some of the activity and the to only be giving an incomplete copy of the message gives an unhealthy false sense of hope. oh and FYI, I sent an email to tech (you can't call) two days ago and I have not heard a single word.
